Kayla M. Bond, OD

Kayla Bond, OD, is a full-scope optometrist who offers contact lens fittings and family eye care. She attended Shippensburg University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. It was during her time at Salus that she completed an advanced studies program in contact lenses to explore this specialized area of eye care. After her graduation, she practiced in two large ophthalmology - optometry practices in the area for 5 years. She joined Phoenixville Eye Care in 2020.

Her area of expertise includes diagnosing and managing ocular disease, treating ocular emergencies, and helping patients manage glaucoma and diabetes to help preserve vision.

Dr. Bond specializes in all areas of contact lens fitting, including astigmatic, bifocal & gas permeable lenses. She is also able to fit dry eye patients, those with other medical eye conditions, or who have failed contact lens fittings elsewhere. She is able to fit and treat Keratoconus, including using the latest technology: scleral contact lenses.

Dr. Bond is married and has a son, Tyler. Her hobbies include volleyball and dining out.
